RETURN POLICY
- Customer satisfaction has been a #1 priority for us. We stand behind every product we offer.
- We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition (No open boxes will be accepted). We will charge a 15% restocking fee. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to return an order.
- Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless an error was made by us.

All returns must have a tracking number. We are not responsible for the return package until the tracking number is marked as “delivered” to our facility. Once received, please allow 4-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY
At this point of time, we are serving only United States of America postal addresses. We plan to eventually open our doors to our global customers as well.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We provide detailed product information, including descriptions, notes, and customer reviews for every perfume and cologne. We do that because we know this information will help you buy colognes or perfumes in a better way.
